Phone verification code

Some users have reported that their mobile phones cannot receive Bian verification codes. The editor has compiled eight common reasons why mobile phones cannot receive SMS verification codes and corresponding suggested solutions.

1. Network delay: Due to geographical location, there is a certain delay from the time the operator server sends the SMS verification code to the time it is accepted.

If this happens, just wait patiently for a while or try again later, but do not send frequently.

2. Large volume of text messages:During holidays, a large number of users send text messages, which will cause the local text message center to be busy and cause delays or losses. In this case, it is recommended to try again at a different time period.

3. Insufficient memory:The phone's memory has been used up to its limit, and text messages cannot be stored, so new messages cannot be received.

When encountering this situation, clean up the memory junk and delete videos, photos, apps, etc. that are not frequently used to free up memory space.

4. Blacklist:Mobile SMS security software and others have set up blacklists. In this case, check the SMS blacklist settings menu and set the harassment interception to see if there are any blocked numbers.

5. Limit on the number of text messages:In order to avoid spam of text messages, some mobile phones are set to send a maximum of ten text messages per mobile phone number per day. If this happens, try again the next day.

6. Mobile browser privacy settings: The security level of the browser settings is too high, or settings that block "third-party cookies and website data" are set.

If this is the case, lower the browser security level and allow "third-party cookies" to be set.

7. The mobile phone number was blocked by the operator:The user once complained to the operator that similar text messages were spam, causing the text messages to be blocked by the operator. Block it out.

The solution is to consult the customer service hotline of the user's operator.

8. Mobile phone services are not supported: Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas mobile phone numbers or mobile phones used overseas. If the operator's service does not cover this area, you cannot receive text messages. . It is recommended to try another mobile phone number.
