How to perform real-name authentication

1. Log in to your bian account and click the [Profile] icon. Select [Authentication]. Or, click [Authenticate Now] in the pop-up prompt window.

2. Click [Perform authentication].

3. Select your country/region. Please make sure your country matches your ID card.

4. Enter your information and click [Continue]. Please ensure that the information entered is consistent with the ID card. Once confirmed, you cannot change it.

5. Next, you need to verify your ID card. You can use the device's built-in camera to take pictures, or use the bian app to verify. Select one of them and click [Continue].

6. Click [Continue] to start.

7. Take photos as requested. Your photo should clearly show your complete ID. Note:Please do not wear hats, glasses or use filters, and ensure adequate lighting.

8. Wait for review. Once approved, Binance will send you an email notification.

Reasons why Bian certification failed

The main reasons why Bian certification fails are as follows, please see:

1. There is a big difference between your ID card photo and your face

2. The name on your ID card is inconsistent with the name you filled in

3. The nationality and ID card applied for are different

4. The ID number is invalid

5. The validity period of the ID card has expired
