Why can’t my recharge be credited?
1. Number to be confirmed by the network
Once the recharge reaches the minimum requirement, your recharge will be successfully credited. Please note that each crypto-asset has different minimum network confirmation requirements.
For example, the minimum number of network confirmations for BTC recharge is 1, but for security reasons, the bian system requires at least 2 network confirmations to unlock your BTC recharge.
2. Recharge unlisted currencies
The recharge page will display the currencies and networks supported by bian. You can check the supported currencies and networks from the deposit and withdrawal page. If you use an unsupported network or deposit a currency that is not listed on the bian, your assets may be lost and can never be retrieved.
3. The minimum amount of recharge has not been reached
For convenience, the minimum recharge amount is displayed on the recharge page. If your recharge does not meet the minimum recharge quantity requirement, the recharge will not be credited.
